Step by step

Step 1: Clean everything

Dust, oil and fingerprints are the main reason a front panel lifts later, so don't skip this.

  1. Wipe the phone screen with a microfiber cloth.
  2. Wipe the back of the phone.
  3. Wipe the inside of the case.

Step 2: Fit the back shell

  1. Snap the back shell onto the back of your phone.
  2. Check that the camera cutout sits square around your cameras.

Step 3: Attach the front panel

  1. Pull the protective tabs off every adhesive pad on the front panel (look for the PULL ME labels). Do not touch the exposed adhesive.
  2. Line the front panel up with the front of the phone before letting the adhesive touch. Once the edges line up, set it down.
  3. Press each adhesive pad and hold for 20 seconds.

Step 4: Let it set

Leave the phone folded and unused for 10 minutes. The bond keeps strengthening over the first few hours.

Tips

  • Front panel crooked? Gently lift it off and line it up again.
  • Adhesive picked up dust? Swap in a fresh strip. Spare adhesive strips come in the box, so keep them somewhere safe.
