When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment or a Casely Store Credit Gift Card. Depending on your financial institution, you will see your refund within 3-5 business days.

When you return an item using our prepaid shipping label, you will receive an email confirmation as soon as we receive your return. After you receive the confirmation, you should expect to receive your refund within 3-5 business days.

  • If you are returning a gift, you will receive a Store Credit Gift Card via email with the credited amount.
    • We will need to be able to pull up the original order, so make sure you have the order number, email address, and first and last name of the person who purchased.
  • If you paid with a Gift Card, you will receive the refund back to the gift card used to purchase.
    How do discount codes affect refunds?
  • When you use a discount code (such as BOGO), the system may show one item as "free." This is simply how the discount is displayed, but it is actually applied across all eligible items in your order. Because of this, if you return or request a refund for only one item, the refund amount will reflect the discounted price rather than the full retail price.
    • This applies to both returns/exchanges and refunds not associated with a return. In every case, the refund will be issued based on the final price you paid after the discount was applied.
