All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment or a Casely Store Credit Gift Card. Depending on your financial institution, you will see your refund within 3-5 business days.
When you return an item using our prepaid shipping label, you will receive an email confirmation as soon as USPS scans in your return package. After your receive the confirmation, you should expect to receive your refund within 3-5 business days.
- If you are returning a gift, you will receive a Store Credit Gift Card via email with the credited amount.
- We will need to be able to pull up the original order, so make sure you have the order number, email address, and first and last name of the person who purchased.
- If you paid with a Gift Card, you will receive the refund back to the gift card used to purchase.
If you have not received your refund after 5-7 business days, please email our Customer Support Team and we would be happy to look into this for you!
