Can I cancel an order?

Yes, as long as the order has not been processed or shipped. We cannot make any changes or cancel orders after 1 hour of the order being placed. If you need to cancel the order, please email within 1 hour of your order being placed.

One (1) hour after an order has been placed on our site, the information is sent to our warehouse to begin the packing and shipping process. Once this process has begun, your order is one of many being worked on, and locating it to make a change will not be possible.

Just shoot an email to our Customer Support Team with your order number.

We try our best to answer each email as quickly as possible! If an order ships or is too far along in the processing stage before we are able to cancel, there is unfortunately nothing we can do about it. But we do offer super easy, free exchanges and easy returns.
