My order shipped to the incorrect address
If your order has not been shipped, please email us right away! If we can catch it before it ships out, we would be more than happy to correct the shipping address for you. If your order has been shipped, it is your responsibility to retrieve the package from the address it is being shipped.
We also recommend reaching out to the carrier to see if the package can be redirected or held at your local post office.
