My order shipped to the incorrect address

If your order has not been shipped and was placed less than one (1) hour ago, please email us right away! If we can catch it before it processes and/or ships out, we would be more than happy to correct the shipping address for you. If your order is too far along in the processing stage or has been shipped, it is your responsibility to retrieve the package from the address it is being shipped to.

One (1) hour after an order has been placed on our website, the information is sent to our warehouse to begin the packing and shipping process. Once this process has begun, your order is one of many being worked on, and locating it to make a change will not be possible.

We also recommend reaching out to the carrier to see if the package can be redirected or held at your local post office.

We cannot make any changes one (1) hour after the order has been placed. If any changes need to be made, please email within 1 hour of ordering. Please make sure you send all details (Order number, email address, shipping address, etc..) in the initial email so we can take care of it as quickly as possible!
We try our best to answer each email as quickly as possible! If an order ships or is too far along in the processing stage before we are able to cancel, there is unfortunately nothing we can do about it.
