When will your order arrive?
All orders shipped with USPS Ground Advantage are estimated to arrive in 2-5 business days after being shipped. Please allow up to 1 business day for the order to process.
Orders placed with FedEx/UPS 2 Business Day shipping, will arrive two business days after being shipped. The business day following the initial shipment email is considered the first day in transit. Please allow up to 1 business day for the order to process.
Orders placed with FedEx/UPS 1 Business Day (Overnight) shipping, will arrive in 1 business day after being shipped. The business day following the initial shipment email is considered the first day in transit. Please allow up to 1 business day for the order to process.
Orders placed on business days (Monday-Friday, Excluding holidays) before 12:00pm EST, will most likely ship out the same day. Orders placed after 12:00pm EST, or on weekends or holidays, will ship out the next business day. Due to sales & order volume, we cannot always guarantee that orders placed at 12pm EST will ship out the same day.
COVID-19 Update: Please allow a few extra business days for your order to arrive. USPS has been experiencing major delays over the past few months due to recent policy changes that have been implemented.
