When will my order arrive?

All orders shipped with USPS Ground Advantage are estimated to arrive in 2-5 business days after being shipped. Please allow up to 1 business day for the order to process.

During November & December (holiday season!): Please allow up to 3 business days for orders to process and ship. We'll do our best to communicate delays longer than three business days.

Orders placed on business days (Monday-Friday, Excluding holidays) before 12:00pm EST, will most likely ship out the same day. Orders placed after 12:00pm EST, or on weekends or holidays, will ship out the next business day. Due to sales & order volume, we cannot always guarantee that orders placed on or before 12pm EST will ship out the same day.

Holiday Season with USPS: Please allow a few extra business days for your order to arrive. USPS usually experiences delays during this time as online shopping increases and the number of packages being shipped through the system surges.

Since we're usually out of the office during the weekend, business days are Monday-Friday.

You should receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. If you cannot locate the tracking email, you can also track your package by clicking here.

If none of those options work, please contact us using the “Contact” link below. We’ll need your shipping address, the email address you used to place the order and your order number. Once we have that info, we’ll get back to you ASAP with more details on your package status.
