Don't have access to a printer? No problem! We now offer USPS QR codes for printerless returns. You can choose between printing a label or receiving a QR code. You can check eligible drop-off locations near you, and will still have the option to switch to using a printed label. Just have the QR code ready to scan at an eligible location and they will print the label for you.

Please note that a QR code can only be generated on the same day that your return request is submitted. If you do not choose to use a QR code today, you will need to use a printed label for this return.

RETURN POLICY

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order date. For merchandise returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be refunded to the original form of payment. If returned after 30 days, a merchandise credit will be issued at the original selling price (after discounts, if applied).
  • Merchandise must be new, unused and in the original product packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.
  • Pre-paid return labels and QR codes are sent, free of charge, for returns for store credit (US Only).
  • Pre-paid return labels and QR codes are sent, with a $5 handling fee, for returns for a cash refund. We cannot change payment methods to redirect refunds to other accounts.
  • Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We recommend retaining a copy of your drop-off receipt from USPS for your records.
  • International orders (outside US) will NOT receive a prepaid shipping label or QR code. 
  • Received a Defective item? If you believe you have received a defective item, please complete this form so we can resolve this issue immediately.
After one year, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.

EXCHANGES AND PROCESSING

  • Merchandise must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the order date. Items must be new, unused and in the original product packaging.
  • Exchanges will be processed within 2-3 business days after we've received the exchanged item.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable and not applied through an exchange.
  • Pre-paid return labels and QR codes are sent, free of charge, for all exchanges (US Only).
  • We recommend retaining a copy of your drop-off receipt for your records. If we can verify the order was dropped off with a receipt and the order is lost with USPS, we will take responsibly and honor the Return/Exchange.
  • International orders (outside US) will NOT receive a prepaid shipping label or QR code.
  • An order can only be exchanged once.
  • All returns/exchanges must be from a verified getcasely.com order. We do not offer returns on items purchased outside of getcasely.com. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.

COUPON CODES

  • If you forget to apply a discount code at checkout we are able to apply the discount code only up to 12 hours after placing the order
  • Only one code can be used on a purchase.
  • Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases, nor can they be retroactively applied after an order has been shipped.
  • Discounts, current sales, or promo codes cannot be applied through an exchange. If you used a discount code on the original order, our system will provide you with enough credits to cover the full cost of another item of equal value.
