How can I cancel or update my order after purchase?

We can cancel or edit an order as long as it hasn’t started processing or shipped. Because orders move to our warehouse quickly, cancellation requests must be sent within 1 hour of placing your order.

After that window, your order is already in progress, and we’re unable to make any changes or cancel it. If this happens, don’t worry, we offer easy returns and free exchanges once your package arrives.

We offer a self-service cancellation option on the order page that will allow you to cancel or update the first line of the shipping address within the cancellation window! To access this, locate your order confirmation email and scroll to "View your order status." This will take you to the order page, where you will be given the opportunity to cancel or edit. Please note that this option will not work if you are no longer within the window to cancel.

What’s your holiday return/exchange window?

Orders placed on and after November 1st, 2025, will be able to return/exchange until January 10th, 2026! Please note: exclusions still apply.

How do I return or exchange my order?

We're happy to accept items that are new, unused, and in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Below is a quick breakdown of how our return and exchange process works:

– A prepaid return label is provided with both return and exchange requests, easy and hassle-free!

– Exchanges are on us, meaning no return fee is charged when swapping for a new item.

– For returns going back to your original payment method, we do deduct a small $5 return fee to help cover shipping and restocking costs.

What does “Exchange Only” mean?

Exchange only just means that you will not be able to return the item for a refund to the original payment method. You can still exchange for other items or return for a store credit gift card.

What does “Final Sale” mean?

Items marked "Final Sale" are yours to keep! Unfortunately, you cannot return or exchange items that are marked final sale.

Can I get a gift receipt or remove pricing?

The packing slips included in the packages will not have any prices or payment information! They just have the shipping address and item(s) inside.
