Can I change my shipping address?

For retail customers: if you placed an order with an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately with the correct address. Please click the "Contact" button at the top of the page to send us your correct shipping address. If your order has not yet been processed we will edit your order information.

We can only make changes up to an hour after your order has been placed.

One (1) hour after an order has been placed on our website, the information is sent to our warehouse to begin the packing and shipping process. Once this process has begun, your order is one of many being worked on, and locating it to make a change will not be possible.

For club members: to modify your delivery schedule or delivery address, simply login to your account and click "View/Manage Subscriptions" to make changes to your subscription profile.

NOTE: All changes must be made on or before the 13th to be applied to that month's Casely. If you need to make a change after the 10th, please contact us immediately.

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders being shipped to the incorrect address.
We try our best to answer each email as quickly as possible! If an order ships or is too far along in the processing stage before we are able to cancel, there is unfortunately nothing we can do about it.
