Why haven't I received my exchange case yet?

All exchanges are processed as soon as USPS scans in your return and will ship out within 1 business day.

If it has been a few days since your dropped off your return and your exchange hasn't processed, please shoot us an email and we would be happy to look into this for you!

We recommend retaining a copy of your drop-off receipt for your records. If we can verify the order was dropped off with a receipt and the order is lost with USPS, we will take responsibly and honor the Return/Exchange.
