What is the exchange policy?

We accept exchanges for items that are new, unused, and in the original packaging within 30 days of your order being placed.

  • Exchanges are processed as soon as USPS scans your return package. PLEASE use the label or QR code you received via email to send back the return. This is how our system automatically processes a return and exchange.
  • If you do not use the label/QR code we provide, please send us an email with your tracking information, so we can track the return and process the exchange accordingly.
  • We recommend retaining a copy of your drop-off receipt for your records. If we can verify the order was dropped off with a receipt and the order is lost with USPS, we will take responsibility and honor the Return/Exchange.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be applied through an exchange.
  • Pre-paid return labels/QR codes are sent, free of charge, for all exchanges (US Only).
  • After one year, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.
Please note that a QR code can only be generated on the same day that your return request is submitted. If you do not choose to use a QR code today, you will need to use a printed label for this return.
Instant Exchanges

We now offer instant exchanges! If you want your new cases to ship out before sending the return back, you can submit an instant exchange. It's the same exchange process, however, you will be required to put in your credit card info at the end.

  • Select the item(s) you would like to exchange, enter your CC info, hit submit and your new item(s) will ship out in 1 business day.
  • You will receive a pre-paid shipping label/QR code (US Only) and will need to return your item(s) within 14 days of submitting the exchange.
  • A $1 hold will be placed on the card after submitting. The hold will be dropped once USPS scans in the return label within the 14 day time period. If you fail to return the item(s) within the 14 day time period or at all, your card will be charged the full amount of the item(s).
  • If you do not use the label we provide, our system will not be able to automatically track your return and you will be at risk of being charged the full amount.
    • You will need to email us (help@getcasely.com) the tracking details after you drop off the return, to avoid being charged for the exchange.
Exchanging a Gift
  • We can accept items that are new, unused, and in the original packing for a return or exchange.
  • All returns/exchanges must be from a verified getcasely.com order. We do not offer returns on items purchased outside of getcasely.com. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.
  • Items can be returned for a refund in the form of store credit or exchanged for other items on our website.

Promo codes, discounts and sales do not apply through exchanges. In an effort to honor an original sale/promo code, our system will provide you with enough shop now credit to cover the full cost of another item of equal value.
