When can I expect my order to arrive?
We know waiting is the hardest part, especially when cute phone cases are involved! 💅 Once you place your order, our team gets to work packing it up with love.
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days, and once they’re on the way, USPS Ground Advantage usually delivers within 2–5 business days.
Keep in mind this is just an estimate, and delivery times can vary, especially during the busy holiday season. But don’t worry, you’ll receive tracking updates every step of the way so you can follow your package’s journey home! 📦✨
Where is my order?
We’re just as excited for your Casely package to arrive as you are! 💌 You can check your order status anytime using your tracking link in the shipping confirmation email.
If your tracking hasn’t updated in a few days, don’t stress, it’s totally normal for USPS to take a little time between scans. Once your order is on the move, it usually starts updating again within a few business days.

Why was my order shipped separately?
We do our best to ship everything together, but sometimes your items like to take their own routes! ✈️ If you ordered multiple products, they may ship from different warehouses, which means they’ll arrive in separate packages (and possibly on different days). Don’t worry, the rest of your order will be on its way and in your hands soon!
My tracking hasn't updated. Has my order actually shipped?
Yes, it sure has! 🎉 Once you’ve received a tracking number, that means your order has been packed up and handed off to USPS. Sometimes tracking can hang out in “pre-shipment” status for a few days, totally normal! It can even jump straight from that status to “out for delivery.” We promise your package is on the move, and USPS is working hard to get it to you as quickly as possible.
If tracking has been in "pre-shipment" for longer than 5 business days, please let us know! You can reply directly to your order confirmation email. Please note: Saturday & Sunday are NOT business days.
What if my order says "Delivered" but I haven't received it?
Don’t panic! Sometimes the tracking link updates a little early! We recommend double-checking all possible delivery spots first — your mailbox, front desk or reception area, with a doorman, or even with a neighbor. If it’s still playing hide-and-seek, please give it 3 business days after being marked “Delivered.” USPS often scans packages a bit early, and they usually show up within that window!

This season, we’re continuing to ship all domestic orders via USPS Ground Advantage for reliable delivery. To ensure your order arrives on or before December 24th, please place it by the dates below.

Contiguous U.S. (Lower 48 States): Order by December 15th
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, & U.S. Territories: Order by December 14th
International (USPS First-Class Package International Service): Order by December 7th
💡 Helpful Tips & Reminders
✨ Plan ahead! Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed the following Monday and shipped within 1–4 business days. ✨ Expect a little extra holiday magic (and patience!) — both processing and in-transit times may be longer than usual due to carrier volume. ✨ Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow it every step of the way!
