My package is missing! What should I do?

My order was marked delivered, but I don't see it!

Still haven’t received your order even though your order status says “delivered”? Try checking with your neighbors first to make sure the package didn’t get delivered to their house instead. Sometimes, mail carriers leave packages at nearby doors by mistake (oops!).  

We ship all orders in small mailers with USPS Ground Advantage which will fit in most mailboxes! Please check your mailbox and all possible places where your USPS drivers would potentially leave the package.

USPS has marked some orders as delivered a few days before they actually arrive.  Sometimes USPS drivers will scan the package as delivered as they are pulling up to the address, if anything is blocking the mailbox (such as a car), or they deliver it to the wrong address, USPS may skip the house and re-deliver the following day or the incorrect recipient will drop it in the mailbox.

Please allow at least 3 business days after being marked delivered before reaching out. If it has been 3 business days, please send an email to help@getcasely.com, and we would be happy to help!

FYI: If tracking doesn’t update within 3 business days, don’t worry—that’s totally normal!

All shipping related issues, such as missing or damaged items/packages, must be reported within 30 days of purchase.
