Why did only one of my cases ship?

In an effort to get your items to you quicker, orders with multiple items may be fulfilled separately!

Please allow up to 3 business days for processing. You will receive an email when your order has shipped. Should your order include multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times based on fulfillment. You will receive a separate shipping email for each package.

If your order has not shipped after 3 business days, please contact our support team with your order number by clicking the contact button below.

During holidays & big sales, please allow up to 4 business days for your order to process and ship. Our warehouse works extremely hard to package & ship orders as quickly as possible. We thank you for your patience!

NOTE: "Business Days" are Monday-Friday, excluding some holidays. Saturday & Sunday are NOT business days.
