Why is my coupon code not working?

There could be a few reasons that your coupon code is not working.  Below, we break down the possible issues and how to resolve them:

1. Promo code is restricted on certain items:

  • Casely Club Orders - double check to make sure your code can be used either only on club orders or non club orders.
  • Specific Products or Collections - some codes only apply to certain products or items in a specific collection.
  • Sale Items - already marked down sale items usually cannot be combined with other promo codes.

Resolution: Remove these items from your cart and proceed with the discount code applied.

 

2. Promo code requirements:

  • Some codes require you to spend a minimum amount for the code to apply or it may require a certain amount of products in your cart to apply.
    For example: If using a BOGO code, you will need at least two of the specific items in your cart for the code to apply.

Resolution: Check the restrictions/limitations for the code and remove/add any items.

3. Trying to use multiple discount codes:

  • We do not allow multiple coupon codes to be used on our items.

Resolution: Use the higher discount code on your order.

 

4. Your items are marked as Sale:

  • Items marked as sale are not eligible for an additional discount to be used on top of their existing discount.

Resolution: Remove the discount code or the sale item(s) from your cart.
