Why hasn't my order shipped?

Due to the insanely high volume of orders we received from the sales, and the extra precautions we are having to take at our fulfillment center due to COVID-19, processing time may take anywhere from 8-10 business days instead of the usual 1.

But don’t worry: We are working super hard to get your orders processed & in your hands as soon as possible. Thank you so much for your continued support as we navigate this crazy time. We really appreciate your patience, and will follow up soon to let you know when your order has shipped.
